CloudCC CRM proudly offers an online payment feature that allows sales representatives to easily generate emails containing order information and send them to customers. Customers can complete their payments by simply clicking on the payment link within the email, and the system provides real-time notifications upon successful payment.

Multiple Payment Methods:

The CloudCC platform supports various online payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and more. This means that customers can choose the most convenient payment method for settling their orders, enhancing payment flexibility.

Generate and Send Emails:

Sales representatives can create emails with order details and send them to customers using the CloudCC platform. The process is as follows:

1. In the invoice details page, click the "Initiate Online Payment" button.

2. Select the invoice template configured in the backend, and click "Confirm."

3. In the invoice preview page, click "Save and Send Email" to send the email to the customer.

Convenient Customer Payment Process:

Upon receiving the email, customers can follow these steps for online payment:

1. In the invoice details page, click the "Initiate Online Payment" button.

2. On the payment page, choose the preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.

Real-time Payment Notifications:

After completing the payment, customers will receive a payment success notification. The specific notification content may vary depending on the payment method but generally includes payment amount, payment time, order number, and more. Additionally, sales representatives will receive notifications of successful payments for timely order status tracking.
